PRODUCTION OF REPAIR POSITIONERS, REPAIR KITS, PERFECT INSTALLATION, PROVIDING 100% ERROR-FREE OPERATION AT GIVEN SIGNAL VALUES, IS WHAT WE HAVE ACHIEVED SINCE THE PAST YEARS WITH OUR EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD.
Valve positioners are divided into two parts: one is pneumatically/pneumatically operated (PP positioner), the other is electrically/pneumatically operated (EP positioner). Their internal structures and operating principles are very close to each other. Over time, factors such as water, moisture, oil and dust from the air lines can leak into the positioner and damage internal parts. (feedback plate, pilot shaft, stem connector, feedback adapter) may be damaged. These parts have very small holes and can become clogged if dirt or dust gets in. At the same time, the inlet module may also become clogged and the inlet diaphragm may harden, causing the product to become inoperable.
In this type of repairs, in the first stage, we perform all motion tests using 4-20 mA or 3-15 psi operating signals. The positioner is completely disassembled and malfunctions are identified. Malfunctions are usually caused by blockages, especially feedback adapter blockage is a common problem. If the diaphragm of the stem connector has hardened, a new one is produced. If there is a blockage in the capillary holes, they are cleaned or a new one is opened. Sometimes the input module is replaced completely, because if there is an air leak, it cannot be repaired and must be replaced. Other parts are usually cleaned but if faulty they must be replaced with original parts or they will not work properly. After all parts are assembled, operating and movement accuracy is measured with 4-20 mA or 3-15 psi signals. If all tests are successful, a maintenance and repair report is prepared. The operations performed, replaced parts, and repair kit are listed in detail and delivered with a repair and test certificate, and a working guarantee is offered.
