The Japanese Moriseiki SLC-25 is a CNC lathe with C-axis milling capability. This machine provides high quality and perfect production by machining critical parts such as valve plugs and seating surfaces with an accuracy of 0.001. This CNC lathe with superior features has the ability to machine precision components of valves in high quality and perfect dimensions.
VALGEN PRESSURE TEST UNIT
Our state-of-the-art, Türkak-approved test unit, which we produce in our own facilities, is specially designed to determine the condition, durability and leaks of valves. This unit provides 550 bar water pressure and performs valve hydrostatic pressure, pressure retention, flow, sealing and all movement tests. TÜV certified technicians carry out tests in accordance with international standards (API 598 / API 579 / API 510 / API 6D). After the repair, a repair test report containing the changed parts list and pressure leakage test values is presented and a repair warranty is given. VALGEN's pressure machines, plants and diagnostic equipment are accredited and authorized by independent organisations. We have extensive experience in testing and certification to standards. At VALGEN, the American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard is implemented with valve control and test methods.
