These gas valves, specially produced at VALGEN facilities for Ciner Group Park Power Generation Inc., are designed for use in gas pipelines. They are made from steel drawing 4140/1.7225, 42CrMo4 carbon steel. The valve includes a lower body-supported stem, a seat ring continuously applying pressure to the ball, and compression springs. This special design ensures long-term and effective operation of the valve, guaranteeing permanent leak-tightness. Our production technology for the 6" Trunnion Mounted ANSI Class 600, 350°C BALL VALVE, with contributions from our mechanical and metallurgical engineers, allows us to manufacture valve components and repair kits with appropriate metal selection and our CNC machines.
